I’m a qualified Transformative Coach, specialising in leadership coaching and I’m currently completing a Master’s in Strategy, Change and Leadership. I’m a Fellow of The Institute of Leadership (FIoL) and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
These credentials, together with my professional experience, provide a strong foundation and the latest insights to support my clients.

With over 26 years’ experience in Higher Education - progressing from the ground up into leadership - I bring a unique blend of insight across leadership, change and operational delivery, shaped by both real-world practice and academic learning.

Throughout my career I’ve supported individuals through mentoring, training and leading complex projects that connected people, systems and processes - giving me a deep understanding of leadership challenges and navigating change.

My approach is warm, friendly and naturally curious, guided by a strong intuition and an ability to notice the subtle but meaningful details. I ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply and create space for reflection, clarity and fresh insight.

As a Transformative Leadership Coach, I take a whole-person approach that goes beyond traditional goal-setting - helping you reconnect with your values, strengthen your leadership identity and take aligned, authentic action.
