Throughout my career I have been passionate about helping others develop and unlock their full potential. I founded Garland Coaching to focus on empowering leaders to grow and succeed, whilst also inspiring and supporting the development of those they lead.

I am currently completing a Master’s in Strategy, Change and Leadership, along with a triple-accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching. These qualifications alongside my previous experience, provide me with a strong foundation and the latest insights to effectively support my clients in achieving their goals.

With over 26 years of experience working in Higher Education - progressing from the ground up to leadership - I bring a unique blend of leadership, change management and strategic thinking, shaped by both professional experience and academic learning.
Throughout my career I’ve supported individuals through mentoring, training and managing complex projects that connected people, processes and technology, giving me a deep understanding of leadership challenges and navigating change.
My approach is warm, friendly and naturally curious, guided by a strong intuition to notice the subtle but meaningful details. I ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply and create space for reflection and clarity, helping you uncover new insights.
As a Transformative Leadership Coach, I take a whole-person approach to explore your values, perspectives and what truly matters to you - going beyond traditional goal-setting.
